Paper and System Demo Submission

2008 IEEE Workshop on Policies for

Distributed Systems and Networks

Policy 2008

Papers must be registered and submitted via the JEMS system. Papers are due by 11:59 pm (Hawaii time) on 21 December 2007 11 January 2008.

Papers under review elsewhere must NOT be submitted to POLICY 2008. The proceedings of the workshop will be published by IEEE Computer Society and submissions must be in IEEE Proceedings 2-Column format(see http://ieee-formats.notlong.com).

Policy 2008 invites contributions in the form of either:

  • Regular technical paper (maximum length 8 pages)
  • Short position paper describing preliminary experimental results, experiences with deployed policy systems, new applications or new policy research challenges (maximum length 4 pages)
  • System demonstration abstract (a two page system description, not including references, following the IEEE Proceedings format. Descriptions of accepted demonstrations will be included in the workshop proceedings.

We particularly encourage contributions from the industry.

For the camera ready copies, the authors must follow the IEEE Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions from the IEEE Computer Society Web-site.

Submission deadline for the camera ready copies of the accepted papers is April 1, 2008.
