Registration & Hotel Reservation

There is a registration fee of $350 to attend the conference. This fee covers attendance, proceeding (CD-Rom), all meals, and the reception. This fee does not cover the lodging expenses.
Attendance to the conference is by invitation only. All ITA Alliance members are automatically invited to the conference. Limited number of non-ITA participants will be invited. If you are not an ITA Alliance member and would like to attend, please contact the Conference General Chair to arrange for your attendance.

While there is no deadline for the registration, we encourage you to register early. This will help the conference management to plan better for the event. In addition, if you plan to stay overnight at the conference hotel, this will assure you to secure a reservation at the low rate we have negotiated with the hotel at the conference site. In addition to the block of rooms for the days of the conference , we have also reserved a small block of rooms for Sunday September 23, 2007 and for Thursday September 27, 2007 for our attendees who prefer to arrive in advance and/or stay over at the conference site on Thursday. Our reserved block of rooms for low rate overnight stay is now filled up and we cannot accept any more reservation. If you plan to stay overnight, we recommend one of the following three alternatives. You need to arrange your own reservations.

To cancel your registration and/or hotel reservation, please send an e-mail to the Event Manager of the conference, Ms. Irene Briske (wmplus@us.ibm.com) and copy Parviz Kermani (parviz@us.ibm.com).
Your credit card is not charged till about two weeks prior to the conference date. For cancellations before Monday September 10, 2007, full refund will be provided. For cancellations on and after Monday September 10, 2007, there will be a processing charge of $25. For no-show and no cancellation notice, there will not be any refund.
No charge for cancellations before Monday September 17, 2007. One night charge ($179) for cancellation made on, and after Monday September 17, 2007. Please note that this is in addition to the $25 processing fee for registration cancellation.
