Objectives

• Commence Alliance Team building
• Build shared vision, understanding and mutual trust with Consortium Lead, Consortium TALs and Project Champions before engaging with the wider Consortium and Government membership (defer wider Government & consortium attendance until the Tech Kickoff)
• Agree ways of working across Alliance – get Consortium input and hence benefit of their experience in update to Management Handbook
• Review content of first year plan/IPP
• Progress planning for Kick-off
